Serving customers in the field without losing what must be billed.
When customer equipment, contracts and work orders live in different tools, it is hard to know what the contract covers, what to charge and how to prove the work was done.
Managed services from equipment to profitability.
Built on the CMDB, maintenance (CMMS), service desk and sales that OMNIA already has, without duplicating them.
Own or customer equipment
Every CI and maintenance equipment is own or belongs to a customer, with its site and the contract that covers it; filters by owner in the graph and equipment lists. A customer CI is never a fixed asset.
Contracts with SLA and inclusions
SLA, hours and visits included per period, labour, travel and parts included or billable, cost center and project, covered equipment and period consumption.
Work order with quote and invoice
Billing mode per work order (internal, contract or direct quote). Billable lines become contract charges, or the work order is quoted, accepted with OTP or the customer’s PO and invoiced through OMNIA Billing.
Editable checklists, e.g. NFPA 72
Templates by equipment type, such as a fire-alarm control panel with an NFPA 72 checklist, editable as data and with normative assumptions marked for verification.
Signed report and customer acceptance
When the work order is completed, the report (checklist, observations, lines) is generated as PDF with its fingerprint, signed by the technician with OTP, and the customer accepts it by email or signs from the portal.
What the customer sees, what the company earns
In the portal, the customer sees equipment and service orders with report and invoice status; the company sees revenue against own cost per customer and contract.
The work is not started until it is ready and safe.
Field work inherits OMNIA’s work readiness: risk analysis, LOTO permits and PPE before starting.
Service and billing, in one trail.
Each step can be audited from the equipment record.
Every signature is made by a person who proves who they are.
In OMNIA every signature is made by an OMNIA user re-authenticating with OTP: there are no anonymous signers. The same mechanism is used across the platform.
User plus OTP at the moment of signing
The signer confirms their password and one-time code before signing; customers sign with their portal user.
Fingerprint and log
The signed document keeps its fingerprint and the signature log records who, when and what was signed.
Reports, contracts, consents, approvals
Service reports, procurement contracts, clinical consents, payroll runs, approvals and PPE or custody handovers, from “My signatures”.
One app for technicians, drivers and safety.
The OMNIA app (Android) signs in with the same OMNIA user and OTP as the web.
Work orders, checklists and knowledge
Work orders, checklists, QR scanning, incident reports, knowledge base and travel expenses.
Trips, route sheet and custody
My trips, pre-operational checks, route sheet with voice alerts near critical points, hazards, custody with photos and damage diagram, even without signal.
PPE validation with the camera
On-device detection of helmet, vest, gloves, goggles, mask and boots against the PPE required by the work order, with photo, GPS and time as evidence.
Field service on top of what already works.
It reuses the CMDB, maintenance, service desk, sales and e-invoicing instead of duplicating them.
CMDB with discovery
An agent installed at the customer reports their servers and services as customer CIs. OMNIA CMDB →
CMMS + HSE
Work readiness, checklists and safety matrix travel with the work order. CMMS + HSE →
Service desk
Customer tickets with SLA can create charges to the contract. OMNIA ITSM →
Billing and receivables
The invoice is issued through OMNIA Billing and reaches receivables by its event. OMNIA ERP →
What is available and what is coming.
We only present as available what the product already does. These field-service capabilities are in development:
Serve, prove and bill each visit.
